The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajive Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bajive reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation and to offset any funds against losses, costs, or claims arising from the breach.
All content on the bajive Platform — including but not limited to the bajive brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and database structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajive or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any bajive content; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or using bajive's brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by bajive.

bajive does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bajive will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
bajive collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bajive.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bajive does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Player data is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and Platform improvement.
